decent pay for entry level/ too many hours

Pros
the pay is good for entry level people , but you can just get a way easier job if you know where to look with roughly the same amount of money .
Cons
the hours are incredibly long , so if you're like me and want to work to live and not live to work then you're screwed. The job becomes your life , and you never really have any time to do anything , always thinking about having to work . Also DON'T get hired by an agency because they will screw you out of money and tell you that you're on a "probation period".. Always get hired through the company itself if you want to instantly make the wage you deserve. This is how they screw others out of money for 90 days or however long this period is.
