      Pros

      Hard working people that do not know better. Average pay. If you do what you are told you can keep your job. If someone wakes up an really looks at what goes on they may have a chance. The best thing that could happen is a buy out.

      Cons

      Top mangers do not know anything about the industry. The are all connected as friends and of the family or puppets. I have never seen a stock drop so consistently and so much money wasted on crap. Middle managers are holding on by a thread. Employees are held responsible for all the local manager's mistakes. HR Department a mess.

      Pros

      Good company. The problem is that profit is becoming tighter and tighter. Therefore compensation that used to be good is going down.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits are getting worse every year. Merit increase is something very weak in Gerdau Jacksonville. No mater what you do, recognition is not strong.

Upper Management Behavior and Adherence to Their Own Rules, Proclaiming Success when Replicating an Industry Standard Set 4 decades prior, Strict Adherence to the Script to fix problems - No matter the waste of time, money, physical labor, mental anguish, dehydration, IV's of fluids in men's arms while asking what's middle management walks up and asks, "What's taking so long?"
