The company really cares about the safety of its employees. Training is available for the ones who seek to improve on technical and managerial aspects of their job (despite recent budget cuts resulting from financial performance below goal). Cons
The company does not want or foster innovation. It implemented SAP, it is working well, but it did not add any value to Operation/Support teams; on the contrary, it added more non-added value steps on simple tasks such as buying replacement parts.
