      Covered parking and close to International Mall and Ybor City.

      Cons

      Gerdau preaches that their employees are like "family". From my personal experience unless you are a Gerdau manager you are not family and will be terminated without notice or cause. If I were just an employee or contractor I would definitely NOT work for this company as there is no future or possibility of promotion. Also you may want to practice what you preach in regards to treating people like family.
