Manager's been super supportive and knows his team can and will get the work done properly so he lets us too it without micromanaging every simple detail. Safety equipmemt provided Free 300$ boots twice a year 14 carhart cut resistant uniforms Hard hats, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, heat protection, breathing protection if you need it all supplied. The mill has a laundry service to handle the uniforms if you dont want to take them home. Showers in the locker rooms so you dont have to go home filthy. Highly reccomend if you need a good steady gig that doesnt mind proper hard work.

You get dirty. Hot. Sweaty. Loud enviroment. Smells bad. Its a steel mill, the work is hard, stuff is heavy, stuff is hot.
