Pros

-Good platform for fresh grad/starters with 0 exp or those looking for change in career. -Good work/life balance

Cons

-Management is made up of elderly in their 40s and above who lacks foresight & refuses to innovate despite constant preaching about having innovation and new ideas- All talk but no action. -Company in SG faces dip in revenue and there have been multiple retrenchment across 2015. -Almost everyone in the company is fresh grads/new and this is their usual hiring practice hence average wages are extremely uncompetitive and low. Employees have weak ad tech knowledge (since most are fresh) and not a great place for LEARNING if that's what you are here out for. -Promotion is standard and only carried out after 1.5 years later for new entrants, regardless of how well you perform. -Extremely anal about punctuality and lunch hours, very old school and traditional culture, no flexibility even for time-off. If you need to go off slightly earlier (eg 10 mins), got to pay back this 10 mins the following day.

Terrible senior management make everything bad

Pros

Some colleagues are friendly and helpful

Cons

- Top management is a mess with a lot of office politics - Organizational structure is a mess. No clear responsibilities for teams and staff. Communication breakdown happens all the time - Super long meetings. Senior staffs love to do long-winded talk and are bad at time management. Seriously, any meeting longer than 2 hours is too long. Let us get back to work please? - You don't need to have lunch time, but it doesn't mean others don't need to have the rest they deserve - Work life balance is bad for some teams, while some have absolute no overtime - Low salary and almost no benefit. There's no bonus for most staff, which is shocking. No wonder you can't hire talented people - Management mindset is super traditional. You must be joking to say you want to hire and retain young talent - No respect for colleagues. Being loud doesn't mean being right - There is strong negativity. People are either planning to quit or encourage you to leave (because they haven't found another job yet) - COVID has hit the business real hard. The future is not looking good with HK government's changing anti-COVID policies - Many experienced staffs have left or were fired. Inexperienced new people suffer from poor filing and lost knowledge. - People are busy fire-fighting and you lose your focus
