Great stepping stone into the workforce, but very low pay

Pros
You can learn a lot about the industry through your colleagues. You gain more work experience and knowledge here.
Cons
Pay is very very low. There's no such thing as an annual salary increase. So expect no financial growth here at all. Also when colleagues leave, management doesn't hire replacements and dumps all the remaining work to the current employees, causing immense stress and burnout. The company's greedy cost-cutting is too much and not sustainable for the company in the long run.
