work-life balance, you get off work at exactly 4:30pm or 5:30pm unless there is a problem with your magazine

They lay off people then hire people. It's a cycle. AND NO HEALTH CARD

Too corporate. Decisions take forever to make and then execute upon. Pay is low. Chinese way of doing business/running the company. No perks.
