Good learning experience about global trade

Pros

Multinational team, exposure to different work cultures, an opportunity to understand the issues surrounding global trade and manufacturing. With offices in many geographic locations, there are also plenty of opportunities to travel, particularly to its China Sourcing Fairs.

Cons

The matrix organisation structure requires different stakeholders to collaborate on projects and this sometimes slows down the decision-making process as the project team needs to seek buy-in from most of the stakeholders.
