      i didnt find any pros... maybe the food and that kinds of things that after a week you dont care anymore

      Cons

      Google cloud is more like Oracle than Google. The pressure is the only way that this company goes by, they dont pay you for inflation ( in argetnina is more than 100%). Every time you need something there is a sistem that doesnt work and alwas y the objetives are imposible. if you want to work 12 hours a day.. This is your company!

      -Biggest issue is the mgmt doesn’t believe in its people. SG Country Leader will criticise and demoralises its people until they leave. - Unreal targets, and disrespectful attitude towards post who are struggling to achieve. - The mgmt. offers no real help or solutions to the problems, other than just blaming and threatening with consequences. - Only a very small bunch are meeting their numbers - and they call it “democratising success”!!!! - There is NO intention to listen or solve the problems faced by teams.

      So many changes, hope "they" are getting it right?

      Pros

      It's Google (or is it?),....the benefits, the OTE (potential) initial stock grants. Being a small part of one of very few orgs who takes on the largest issues facing our society/world and tries to fix them. Google is even more impressive (insane) on the inside than it's perceived from the outside.

      Cons

      Internal complexity and process. Nothing seems repeatable yet. There are 10 different answers/way to answer the same question, and very little individual help for new folks. You are expected to figure a lot out (or know it already) on your own which is exhausting and a ridiculous time suck for a new person. Many senior leaders from Cisco, VMware, Oracle and expect "transactional" selling which doesn't line up with the deal cycle length of Cloud transformational projects.. Also lot's of mysterious/sudden "lay offs" among teams that is very unsettling and stressful for those not immediately impacted. Lots of growing pains and lots of pressure.
