Comp can be good depending on customers / territory

Cons

Culture is fast eroding and leadership is tactical and focused on deals, without a strategic long term vision. Google Cloud is like your typical Enterprise sales environment, reps' sales number is the only thing that matters. Reps are managed out faster and faster at the first sign of trouble.
