      No commission , changed in 2024 to this , so no incentive to overachieve. Terrible management, full of people they call Googly, useless at their jobs, impossible to move up the career ladder unless you suck up to your manager

      Capable sales team with a lot of experience and support from the product development and partner teams.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, over the past few years, the management team has lost focus from concentrating on the customer to pure pipeline generation. Going back to the old license sales model of the legacy software tech!!!
