      Good salary, decent bonus, high total comp due to GSUs Interesting place to work, lots of smart people

      Cons

      Management is clueless as to how to run their business. They're too busy patting themselves on the back for useless results, while ignoring the feedback from very senior individual contributors.

      Google Cloud rapid growth with rampant hiring led to hiring people who only worry about getting things done vs employees overall mental health. Dealing with Mfg of Cloud has been very painful experience, they're disrespectful and not googly in many ways.

      Not what it was a few years ago. I think we've had what Steve Jobs would call a "bozo explosion."
