good pay free food + great perks great EPD team super easy - only worked like 20-30 hours a week

Cons

horrible leadership that can't get anything done (see: # of meaningful launches in the last 3 years) limited career growth + promo tons of middle management issues (HR complaints, people crying at work, reorgs due to bad managers, etc)
