Pros

The customers are delightful! They really seem to loving coming in and being met with consistency. Our franchisees really put their best efforts into making sure we love our jobs.

Cons

I can understand how a franchise can really bring down moral, so great clips doesn’t always have the best reputation and sometimes you’ll get a customer who you’ll have to work a little harder with to change there mind about the great clips experience. And it is a very fast pace work environment. Schedules can be inconsistent but everything is laid out to you in orientation.

Pros

Will hire just about anyone as long as you have a current cosmo license. You get paid holidays.

Cons

People are cheap, the customers are gross, you will be banging out 30 haircuts a day and leave with 60$.
