More of a retail job than hairdressing Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been there in regards to pay No raises Barely able to take breaks Bullying They hire anyone off the street with a license Poor management

Flexible scheduling, tips, commission. The potential to be busy and make a decent living.

Cons

Difficult customers, sometimes the schedule can be exhausting, it depends on which franchisee you work for whether the experience will be good or not.
