Weekly pay check Insurance after 90 days 401k after 1 year

Cons

No training for new stylists. They just throw you in without consideration if the stylist has experience cutting with clippers Poor instructors for employees Inconsistent scheduling Poor leadership Very clicky and favoritism is shown towards friends instead of being a leader that adheres to policies Does not adequately compensate managers that equals or exceeds hours spent doing job effectively on and off the clock Too concerned about how little time it takes to give the customers a quality haircut that increases return customer and satisfaction
