No clientele is needed to start because they already have clientele for you. Great for hairstylists just starting and or learning, very helpful, and decent hourly wage.

Cons

Must be able to work fast pace and pick up on techniques quickly and efficiently

Great for new stylists who want to learn

Pros

Great client flow, you dont have to depend on clientele. Opportunity to learn and refine skills right out of school.

Cons

Not much room for growth. The business model is almost made to keep you stuck there. The pay is not competitive, and all the job listings include tips in their pay estimates. Bonuses and incentives are rare to actually receive and make any difference in your pay.
