      Great company! I started over 12 years ago as a stylist. From there I have been a Salon Manager, Multi-Salon Manager, General Manager, Education Service Specialist and am now a National Education Service Specialist. If you want a great career with a lot of room for advancement in the salon as well as in the corporate side. Great pay structures and bonuses, amazing training opportunities and great examples of what true teams can do when you work together!!

      hires without experience. training program.

      Cons

      fast pace for someone new to hair cutting. poor pay scale. require you to sell a certain % in products., so you feel as if you are always pushing products.

      love the steady clientele and paycheck. Also love that I am part of a bigger corporation with opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      open 7 days a week and open till 9:00 during the week. Usually I only have to do one night per week so it's not too bad.
