      - great boss, co-workers and work environment - mostly friendly customers - very organized, training/working materials provided - staff recognition/parties

      Cons

      - minimum wage - mandatory unpaid breaks (30 min a shift)

      Pros

      education is pretty good there.... which is great for a new graduate. Great management training as well. With turnover being high, it takes away from the local schedule.

      Cons

      crappy hours, working for an owner who isnt a hairdresser but thinks they know the ins and outs of this business can be frustrating. The customers can be nasty too.... low end pay.
