Pros

Great Company IF you keep working your butt off for them!! Great way to build clientèle.

Cons

I stepped out of management and gave a month notice. DO NOT do this. After I did this I was pushed completely out. I was to train new manager, but things didn't go that way. No loyalty after several years of hard work.

Can be a bit monotonous and repetitive. Bonus structure is not balanced for everyone on the company.
