Pros

I felt like the fast food of salons 15 minute hair cuts i was told that i would have to fit in to the neighborhood

Cons

The manager was nice it was a brand new salon meeting new people and stylist was exciting

Tips, good co-workers,get experience

Cons

Owner treated employees like they were disposable, no advance training, McDonald's of hair,Reauief to do haircuts in 13-17minutes , quanity not quality, no benefits

They don't believe in stylists building clientele, Quantity over Quality environment
