      No colors and no perms. Close to home

      schedule changes no notice. Short staff. Mgr brings children to work, which is a distraction and affects customers experience.

      30 min break, get good hours.

      Cons

      Crappy pay unless you can do a super hair cut in 9 min. Kids that scream at the top of their lungs and parents don't do anything about it. Very boring atmosphere.

      The team environment was exceptional towards making one feel like they were part of the company goals and community supporting business area. When the learning processes were in doubt the stylists and management were there with time and hands on instructions to reinforce a positive approach and making one feel comfortable and part of the team of learned Hairstylists with the bonus of lending management skills and teaching. Each customer became a part of the family because of prior familial treatment the salon strives to create with dedication and consistency with each client. Working for them was a career decision not just a job.

      None that became a problem that could not be solved.
