Good place to gain experience

Pros

-fast paced during peak season -clientele already built and continuously growing -great coworkers and good manager -great manager coaching -clean salon -awesome training (paid) -awesome products -store provided everything except shears, clippers and trimmers

Cons

-MUST be able to cut hair in under 15 minute average -MUST have 2.5+ cuts per hour -MUST have minimum 8% in products sales. If you can't do these things you will get written up, then fired if you don't improve fast enough -only went to education class once in the year I was there

Great Climate, People are very friendly and they have a great sense of community. It is a growing company that provides a very good product.

Cons

Tough to be the new person coming in as a manger since people have been there so many years and it is hard to find where you fit in.

Instant money making opportunity. Organized, great training. The staff is on board to help everyone.

Cons

Health insurance. New clippers and scissors as incentives. Need more retail of high turn over stocked. I've sold you out. :)
