Pros

Fast pace so there's no down time but that also means they huff and puff if you want to take a lunch. I think the pro was really that it was next door to Starbucks.

Cons

The company cares more about the amount of haircuts than the quality. Or about the hairstylist. They treat their employees like cattle.

The pizza place next door has great food

Cons

No lunches even though they go back in the system and dock your hours for them. There was no repercussions for management for starting drama between stylist,lying on paper work , doing drugs or disclosing privet medical information about staff to clientele, other stylists, and people who worked in the strip mall. Their overturn rate is awful.

The instant gratification of tips, daily. Intriguing conversations with customers...whenever I'm lucky enough to come across a non-narcissistic customer.

Cons

Underpaid for the amount of tasks I perform, the type of asset I am to the company and especially based on how much money we make for our franchisee, as just one of their 16 stores.
