      Hybrid Schedule, benefits are good I guess.

      Cons

      Low pay, training was terrible. Management was terrible, the company has no direction because it’s dying. Every business you call will say no and you’re measured on metrics two weeks into training.

      Not exactly cons, but things to be aware of: Hours can be long Ownership and accountability comes with the expectation of high performance - so be prepared Feedback culture means you have to be able to both take feedback and be prepared to give constructive feedback Things move fast so you have to be able to cope with change and be resilient

      Given the industry and scope of what Groupon is aiming to do, working in this team also brings along challenges and sometimes demanding deadlines; you should be open to work through those, balancing multiple priorities at the same time
