Pros

- Being part of a truly innovative work environment, both in terms of the industry the company operates in, but also in terms of the projects I work on. - Very clear option to contribute to tasks & initiatives outside of 'normal' scope, this really stands out and keeps it interesting - Career progression & wide range of transferrable skills learned - General sense of performance/ambition among colleagues - Nice London location

Cons

Given the industry and scope of what Groupon is aiming to do, working in this team also brings along challenges and sometimes demanding deadlines; you should be open to work through those, balancing multiple priorities at the same time

Pros

Working at Groupon offers a unique, fast-paced environment that challenges you every day. The nature of the work means no two days are quite the same, which keeps things interesting and requires a good deal of flexibility. This constant change presents solid opportunities to pick up new skills, particularly in problem-solving, adaptability, and managing various projects. The role can be demanding, and hard work is definitely a key part of the job. However, Groupon is a place where people with a strong work ethic and a willingness to adapt will find plenty of opportunities to develop and contribute meaningfully. The company values and culture promotes collaboration, which helps when tackling the daily challenges.

Cons

The downside is that priorities can shift quickly, it’s easy to feel stretched thin, especially during peak periods or when juggling multiple projects. While the pace provides opportunities for growth, it also requires a lot of adaptability, which may not suit everyone.
