      Great place to work, not so great salaries

      Pros

      Full of very smart, young, ambitious people. Great leadership (Mostly ex-Amazonians) and vision. Really trying to change local commerce.

      Cons

      Culture has suffered a bit since going public, and things are constantly crazy/unorganized. If you like organized chaos, this is the place for you. However, they don't pay as well as other companies its size.
