      Pros

      Groupon is an amazing place to work! It's fast paced, the work is ever changing and challenging. Since the company is still growing, there are a lot of opportunities for growth and advancement. I don't know many companies where the culture includes not taking yourself too seriously, and I think it's great even upper management follows that philosophy. There will still be growing pains but if you are smart and want to work hard, Groupon is an amazing place

      Would be nice to have more professional development, training, courses, help with tuition no 401K match

      Pros

      Working at Groupon is a challenge in and of itself. Its a rapidly growing company that is still scaling, but that's whats makes it so exciting. You're able to help build something great. Not having a dress code is great as well as the open vacation policy. Lots of accountability.

      Cons

      No 401k match. Communication could improve as with so much growth sometimes things get lost in the cracks.
