      You can take leave whenever there is availability.

      Cons

      Overload work and gives warnings/termination if not achieved. Performance is considered weekly and not monthly. If they open their mouth it will be warning only and no feedbacks. They make you work hard and end of the day there will be no hike. Good hike will be provided for people who stick for long time or threaten to leave the job. Carrier Growth is very slow. There will be rotational shifts.

      Fun people, cool bennies, flexible vacation schedule

      Cons

      As Groupon got bigger and bigger it was clear that they were devaluing the human elements of their staff. They stopped treating us like people and more thought of us as a burden and started monitoring our bathroom breaks.
