They had multiple layoffs and senior leadership constantly changes. Micromanagement from managers/leaders became common, they expected you to write down everything you do and how long it took you to do it. Cancelled promotion/bonus's and stated it would "return" but never did. I had colleagues let go after layoffs due to them being "too expensive" and looking for a cheaper option, no other reason. They continuously changed applications and expected you to be an expert and know how to use it without training provided. Do. NOT. Come here. For the sake of your own mental health, don't.

This company has the highest turnover rates ever!! You will not make money. The only people who make commissions are those who have been here 10plus years and don't have the same restrictions. The leads a 8-10 years old have been called 20-30 and said no but that's what you work with. If you do sell they will not market your merchant and they(nor you) will make money. They consistently change phone systems, commission structure, job descriptions, job duties and different programs you must use(until the next month when they change their minds) and instead of looking inward the add more work and more KPIs to Sales team And yes they remind you every day that you are about to be fired!!!
