Pros
Salary is nice compared to local standards, additional private health indurance, mayority of working hours are from home, office is in a building with great views. Atmosphere among colleagues is very friendly, open and there are quite frequently activities organized.
Cons
The company has been going through systemic changes, with a lot of work being outsourced to India. This has lead to a lot of unnecessary micromanaging, bureaucracy and internal misunderstanding.
