      Pros

      Pleasant environment, at first remote and then face-to-face with an incredible office. Internal programs created for the development of designers in areas such as research.

      Cons

      Extreme concern about how the designers were seen by other areas of the company, such as product, but little or almost zero concern with the result of the design that went to the customers. This bothered me a lot and the more I clashed with the extremely time-consuming and often unnecessary processes, the more things along those lines seemed to come up.
