      A data-driven company but very well organized due to the adoption of agile methodologies. Good salary and usual perks (lunch, transportation, health care, english lessons). Candy Corner with good snaks for breakfast and quick meals.

      Cons

      Markets teams cannot take technical decisions and it delays innovation process or any refactoring process.
