      Pros

      lovely environment teams are free to make decisions a lot of different technologies lots of excellent professionals

      Cons

      inexperienced leadership and very questionable people management sometimes some people hired with some specific background have to work in something completely new for them as if they were experts it is difficult to be promoted when it comes to the highest positions high turnover

      Pros

      - OLX is growing a lot, so many opportunities arise (new teams and new roles) - VERY collaborative teams - Directors/Manager really care about the team (personally & professionally) - Great, very smart and engaged people - A lot of perks (free nespresso, beers/pizza every month, offsite..) and amazing office

      Cons

      - Lack of process (this becomes more evident specially because of the company growth pace) - Different degrees of experience among Manager (some too junior)
