Not bad, not good either, just like any other corporate service provider's all becoming more govt companies

1) Just brand name and top top managment 2) What u get purely depends upon what project u r in and location
Cons
1) Middle level management & HRs 2) Lots of policies that are in paper 3) Policies only used against employee benefit and not for employee benefit 4) Employee First everyone miss-understands its benefiting employees, no its making them scapegoat by middle level management and HRs 5) No transparency in appraisal system and its purely middle level management and HRs 6) Stupid HUBs and vertical cups, that measures utilization in customer billing, so no bench or shadow resource that is stress to the power of stress for employees 7) No external HUB training possible as again the HUB receiving training will have to pay the HUB providing it (actual money is not involved) 8) No balance in pyramid, u have to deliver with what is given to u and lot of untrained, non-professional freshers. 9) Chennai - Worst location to work for HCL
