      Big company that doesn't care for employees with boots on the ground.

      It's a paycheck and benefits.

      Cons

      HCLTech fails to meet basic expectations for employee satisfaction. The PTO offered is substandard, leaving little room for rest or personal time. Additionally, the absence of wage increases, even with sustained effort and loyalty, is disheartening. Overall, the company does not prioritize the well-being or growth of its employees.

      I'm honestly drawing a blank on any 'pros'

      Cons

      Hostile work environment, led by inexperienced management who get fired on a regular basis, to give blood to the angry customers. Training is useless and clumsy, with many of us teaching each other. Threats to do better, or we'll all lose our jobs extremely low pay, if you get paid at all.

      Management never is happy continues to expect more and then circles back on previous issue's when the workload they gave us becomes too much. Hours always changing OT never paid on time No room to move up in the company and Pay is basically permanent every chance I applied for a raise I was denied and I was top tech for 3 month in a row. The techs overseas that they hire even in a specialty field are basically all level 1's or just don't care about the job.
