Worst compensation package in the entire country—or should I say, all of South Asia. It’s common to find that many senior employees are reluctant to help you advance in the domain. They tend to keep knowledge to themselves to remain valuable and feel important. Managers often do pointless things just to justify their paychecks and show that they're 'working.' As for the HR team, especially the Sri Lankan HR team, they’re completely useless—just puppets of the Indian management who couldn’t care less about the employees.

Pay Management HR Hours Shady To anyone new or with experience just find something in another place. This company has no opportunity to grow. They are shady and will steal money from your pay if you dont pay attention. They will try and say you didnt work hours when you are clearly working overtime and overworked. You wont get promoted no matter how hard you work. The HR department acts like they care about something when you try and voice your opinion. YOU WILL NOT BE HEARD AT THIS PLACE! You are expected to be in your seat 20 min early just to get programs running no pay. You will be talked down to anytime someone gets a chance. Management thinks you are beneath them. They say all these buzz words to try and make people feel good but treat everyone very poor. They try and say pay is competitive but you will for sure be getting far less than any other company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! You will thank yourself later.
