Pros

Work-life balance almost guaranteed. Fixed 730am to 430pm working hours. People are generally helpful and nice.

Cons

Work can be mundane after a while. Apart from 13th month bonus, do not expect any other bonus. Employee welfare is awful during downturns - delayed promotion, freeze pay, cheaper insurance coverage etc.

Pros

Global Brand, Average Salary, encourage Innovation and promote for Patent and Paper filing.

Cons

No quality of Software work.Tug of war across the software development centres. Politics at its extreme.Even a movie cant have so dramatic turn that employers turned up on workplace as they don't have work to do. They have to do lots of boasting, leg pulling at the managers/ HR cabins instead of really putting quality work on their laptops. Clearly divide and rule policy to excel one self. Always in race, make others accomplishment as their success without contributing a single penny of effort.medical claim is only for senior level. it looks like junior are not expected to get sick. they cant be hospitalized to claim medical. So great in estimating the medical emergency for junior employers.Big package boasting but very less in hand. No tax saving flexibility at all .

Pros

If you have no ambition in life; If you want to work for 35 years with the same company; If you are satisfied with doing the same thing over and over again; If you have no plans to further your education or get your professional certification; If you don't have a mind of your own; If you only know how to say YES!; Then this is the right place for you.

Cons

If you show any sign that you want to grow and develop yourself, technically or professionally; or you are aspiring to become a manager someday, you will be labelled as over ambitious, then they will cook up allegations against you, set you up and fire you........even if the allegation is ridiculous. Also, if you are a minority of the darker specie, especially if you are from the Motherland, you are most likely never going to grow beyond the low level position for which you were hired.
