Pros

Fellow employees in my immediate workgroup

Cons

distribution center management was clueless, Human Resources was more concerned with finding their next job than doing their job.

Pros

The people who work at HarperCollins, from the building staff to our CEO, are wonderful colleagues.

Cons

Little room for growth in editorial; human resources comes from non-book publishing world and is unsympathetic to/ignorant of realities of our work; management would rather avoid conflict than advocate for employees
