      - worked with very helpful and great people - got exposure to various tasks in training, recruitment, retention - free lunch

      Cons

      - a lot of paperwork in an understaffed Human Resources Department - many of the tasks were very routine - unpaid internship

      Pros

      Provided a solid training program for all LITs. You also were given great corperate liasons to help you transition.

      Cons

      The pay was absolutly horrible and they focused more on the line level jobs then in helping you manage.

      - Good to have in resume if you are in the Hospitality Industry - Good trainings - Good compensation

      Cons

      - Top Management is not passionate about making the guest happy. They just want to deliver service in a way that guest won't complain. In other words they are just giving the service. - Some managers are friendly but some don't have respect for others.
