Great travel perks, ability to work with different teams within company, flexible work hours, decent cafeteria food (in Beverly Hills location)

Cons

Too many levels of hierarchy, some signs of unprofessionalism from senior executives, not enough performance reviews, low compensation compared to competitive hotel companies

Pros

The environment is fast paced. The customers are constantly changing. Very nice travel benefits for corporate employees. International career opportunities for those willing to travel.

Cons

Many work hours (60hrs +), very competitive (tends to create tension between managers), constant issues (from employees and guests alike), not much chance for promotion within the same location.
