      Some team members were good people and good colleagues. Fortunately for them, they switched companies.

      Cons

      Bad organization, no work-life balance, no support, no career prospects, bad compensation, management cannot be trusted. 80% of the team was burnt out or on the verge of a burn out (fact that was communicated to management through an anonymous survey and no actual actions were taken). 3 people of the team went on a long sick leave within a year, initially caused by burn out.
