      - Work culture helps you improve, providing training, and you feel respected - The energy market is growing, and it promises high job stability - you can imagain and plan for promotion and going up the cooperation ladder

      Cons

      -Technically , it is not very interesting, mostly working on developing or troubleshooting control systems, which does not include edge-of-technology FPGA design, making you feel you are getting behind the market - Too much bureaucracy, although it is a noraml in huge cooperations
