I enjoyed my co-workers and some of the team building activities.

Cons

It seemed like management was always searching for the next great program to turn around their poor financial performance - Lean, Six Sigma, Baptist Health, Disney, etc. Felt like upper management was always concerned about their job security and attempted to micro-manage department directors.

commitment to the mission, caring environment, overall great people, good and inexpensive health and retirement benefits, great work life balance, commitment to gauging employee satisfaction and making improvements

Cons

Experience and culture highly dependent on location, tend to cheap out on facilities and work environment, etc., paid holidays come out of PTO greatly cutting down on time off, pay lower than comparable health systems
