management turnover every 2-3 years over the last 6 years leaves most employees concerned for the lack of problem solving as each new leadership regime seems to put the staff through the same roller coaster ride of 'honeymoon phase' then 'indifference' . * Current management is doing better than most and we pray that they stick around.

Some units and areas of the hospital is outdated (but a lot of remodeling is being done). Pay is lower than other area hospitals, but the pros of this organization out way the pay difference.
