I have been in healthcare for 34 years, I have work all across the US. This is hands down the worst Doctors I have ever worked with. I fear for my patients safety daily. No union so you have no protection, They just ended their pension program, many people had put in 20-35 years just to have their pensions ripped away. Unsafe patient nurse ratios across all departments. No continuing education, just have you watch videos and then guess the answers as many times as needed to pass the quiz at the end. Very heart breaking as this used to be an excellent hospital.

Not enough support staff for physicians. Driven by profits. Administration and managers are not good to work with and ignore issues affecting patient care. Administration is not transparent about their ongoing financial crisis. They find reasons to get rid of doctors. Doctors with poor bedside manners are the ones who they reward or at least allow to continue working
