      Pros

      I've been at HSHS for 2 years and I really enjoy it. My managers are great and I feel that they really foster a learning and collaborative environment. There is a 403(b) with match and an employer-funded retirement fund which is great. There is education assistance too. I definitely feel cared for as an employee.
