Pros
- Great colleagues, generally speaking most people are very friendly and easy to work with - Beautiful modern offices around the world, each office has lots of facilities, well designed, lots of great spaces to work from - Flexibility to work remotely, having the possibility to either work in the office or from home is amazing - Great work/life balance, you will get lots of autonomy in the company - Interesting products and clients, Hotmart has some amazing products and most of the info producers love working with them, as it generates a lot of revenue for them - Great compensation, their compensation package is quite competitive - Diversity & Inclusion, very diverse workforce and inclusive culture.
Cons
- Lack of transparency top down on how the business is doing financially, for months we were told everything was roses and sunshine till things 'suddenly' took a turn (information was already known by senior leadership but kept from the rest of the company) - Lack of collaboration and communication across teams (product, marketing, etc.) - When one needs answers, meetings are cancelled or postponed or questions are being dodged - Irresponsible spending top down, big parties are thrown or expensive trips are organized while company is suffering financially - You will get lots of autonomy in this role, but at the same time little guidance on what to execute against - Very low retention rates, due to lack of retention strategy - Lack of career opportunity to grow inside the company
