People, they're what makes things great. The wanting to do the best job they can, and to go above and beyond to help their coleagues

Cons

Leadership is lacking, they're not as well prepared to solve problems and make hard decisions. They always want to please their bosses and not at all eager to make things best for their followers

Managers with big lack of software management experience, making some simple tasks became painful, because the attention its almost always on the details that really dont matter. Lack of career plans.
